Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package ships.
Shipping Times

Shipping Costs

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipment confirmation.
Packaging Notice
While we complete our WHYTER packaging rollout, some orders may arrive in our manufacturing partner’s packaging.
Rest assured, the product inside is the same quality and formula shown on our website.
Returns & Refunds
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

Original packaging must be intact
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used whitening products cannot be returned.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed, we’re unable to make changes.
